one lone event over the weekend, as they invaded the newly-reconfigured
Lawrenceburg Speedway in Lawrenceburg, Indiana on Friday
night, June 27. The UMP Summernationals tour rolled into
Lawrenceburg on Friday and a $10,000 top prize was up for
grabs. Brad was third quickest in his group during time
trials and later ran third in his competitive heat race.
After starting ninth on the grid for the 40-lap main event,
the Dunnville, Kentucky driver held his own during the A-Main
en route to a ninth place performance. You can view complete

Neat in Action in Pair of Events in Tennessee!
Brad Neat and the #41 team trekked south to the Volunteer
State of Tennessee on Friday and Saturday, June 20-21 for
a pair of Dirt Late Model events. On Friday night, the Crossville
Raceway USA in Crossville, Tennessee played host to a $4,000
to win Advance Auto Parts Thunder Series (AAPTS) show. Brad
qualified well and later finished sixth in his dash to earn
the outside third row starting spot for the 40-lap main event.
During the course of the A-Main, the Dunnville, Kentucky native
raced his #41 entry to a fifth place performance behind winner
Rick Rogers, Joe Armes, Ray Cook, and Tommy Kerr.
The dirt-slinging action then turned to the ultra-fast Volunteer
Speedway in Bulls Gap, Tennessee on Saturday evening. An unsanctioned
event took place at "The Gap" on Saturday and a
$2,000 top prize was up for grabs. Brad qualified third fastest,
but suffered problems early in the A-Main, which led to a
disappointing twenty-second place effort. You can view complete
results from the doubleheader weekend online at www.advanceautopartsthunderseries.com

Brad Neat Conquers KLMS for $7,500 UMP Summer Nationals
Win!
The
Tate Begley Motorsports team and driver Brad Neat racked up
their biggest win of the 2008 racing season last Thursday night,
June 12 at the Kentucky Lake Motor Speedway in Calvert City,
Kentucky! The UMP Summer Nationals Series held their season
opener at KLMS last Thursday and a $7,500 top prize was up for
grabs. Brad timed in fifth fastest in his group during qualifying,
but moved his #41 past four cars in the heat race to earn the
preliminary victory. After drawing the pole position for the
A-Main, Brad survived a race-long battle with Jason Feger to
record the triumph over Will Vaught, Brian Shirley, Billy Moyer,
and Dennis Erb!
Following a rain-out at the Brownstown (IN) Speedway on Friday
evening, June 13, Brad's weekend wrapped up on Saturday at the
Bluegrass Speedway in Bardstown, Kentucky. The O'Reilly Battle
of the Bluegrass Dirtcar Series sanctioned a $3,000 to win show
at the central Kentucky speedplant. Brad won his heat race and
later rolled off from the pole position for the 30-lap main
event. The Dunnville, Kentucky native led the first 22 circuits
and was side-by-side with Victor Lee for the point on lap 24
when the two made contact in turn one. The incident took Brad
out of the race and relegated him to a disappointing twenty-second
place performance. You can view complete results from KLMS and
Bardstown online at www.dirtondirt.com!

#41 Team Competes in $100,000 to win 'Dream 100'
at Eldora...
Brad
Neat and his #41 team invaded the famed Eldora Speedway in Rossburg,
Ohio from June 6-7 for the 14th Annual 'Dream 100.' The mega-event
at the "Big E" once again boasted a $100,000 top prize.
Brad timed in 35th quickest of the 122 entrants during qualifying
on Friday night, June 6. When the action resumed at the 1/2-mile,
high-banked oval on Saturday, Brad was battling three-wide on
the first lap of his heat race when his #41 machine made hard
contact with the unforgiving turn three wall. Unfortunately, his
'Dream 100' aspirations were over following the incident and he
was forced to watch the 100-lap A-Main from the stands. You can
